How Our Shipping Works

​Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address to keep things fair and transparent for everyone.

• Base fee: $1,000

• Distance fee: $6 per kilometre from our yard to your site

     
For example, if your site is 50 km away from our yard, your delivery cost would be $1,000 + ($6 x 50 km) = $1,300. We’re happy to provide an exact quote once we confirm your address and access requirements.

Delivery Time Frames

We aim to get your pool kit to you as quickly as possible.

• In-stock shells: If we have your chosen pool shell in our Sunshine Coast yard, we can usually deliver within 2 weeks of order confirmation.

• Ordered shells: If your shell needs to be ordered from our supplier, please allow 4–8 weeks for delivery. We’ll always update you on the status of your order, so you know exactly when to expect your pool.

Your Responsibilities

Before delivery day, make sure:

• Your site is accessible for trucks.

• Any obstacles, fences, or other access issues.

• You understand your local council requirements for pool installation.
